Welcome to The Bottom Line. The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the technical audit service we offer.

1. Service Description — Beta Plan

We offer an AI visibility infrastructure audit and development service. The Beta Plan consists of:

• A one-time cost of $20 USD (single payment, non-recurring, lifetime access).
• Generation of the semantic specification file llms.txt.
• Configuration and definition of the agents.txt file.
• Structured Schema.org JSON-LD markup for local business.
• Delivery via a private, secure GitHub repository.

2. Delivery Commitment

We commit to delivering the specification and files ready for implementation within a maximum of 24 hours from the confirmation of successful payment and submission of the input form with your site details.

3. Disclaimer of Results

The Bottom Line provides technical tools and files based on the current standards of leading artificial intelligence companies (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, etc.). However, due to the dynamic nature of recommendation algorithms and language model updates:

• We do not guarantee specific positioning, ranking, or recommendation results in AI chats such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• The service is delivered "as-is," providing the technical infrastructure to improve the chances of being indexed, but without guaranteeing increased sales or guaranteed visibility.

4. Intellectual Property

Once payment is completed and the material is delivered, the client retains all rights and intellectual property over the generated code, the llms.txt file, agents.txt file, and the structured Schema markup for their business. The Bottom Line retains no rights over your brands, content, or metadata once the business relationship ends.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Bottom Line shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, business interruption, or technical issues on your server) arising from the use or inability to use the configuration files provided. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service ($20 USD).

6. Governing Jurisdiction

Any dispute or claim related to these terms or our services shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Houston, Texas, USA.
